An Efficient Multitask Scheduling Technique for the Improvement of WSN with Network Lifetime &Delay Constraint
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper in particular deals about the maximization of network lifetime and minimization of delay parameter in wireless sensor networks. This is a vital factor to improve the performance of the wireless sensor network which is efficient and trustworthy one. In Wireless sensor network mostly energy is used when communication radios are on. The network lifetime is generally defined as the time until the first node fails because of energy depletion. The sensor nodes of multitask wireless sensor networks are mostly affected in performance-driven computation. Hypothetical studies on the data processing model of wireless sensor nodes recommends several application networks which contains the requirement of high qualities of service (QoS), thus improving the efficiency of network. In this paper, we present the architecture of priority based data processing model for multitask sensor nodes in wireless sensor network. The proposed model is worked out with the M/M/1Queuing model based on the queuing theory where the average delay of data packets passing by sensor nodes is estimated. The normal delay of data packets can be reduced in sensor nodes and network lifetime is maximized by applying the proposed priority based data processing model in multitask wireless sensor network (WSN).
