Cryptography of a Gray Level Image using a Modified Feistel Cipher
Abstract
In this paper, we have made use of a modified Feistel cipher for encrypting a Gray level image. This image is represented in the form
of a square matrix of size 256. The encryption is carried out by considering, at each instance, a matrix of size 32 x 64. Here, as the cipher is an
elegant one, we notice that the time required for computation is much less.
Keywords: Feistel Cipher, Gray level Image, Encryption, Decryption and Encrypted Image.
