Abstract
E-Government appearance, leads the society to implement electronically all jobs. One of them is voting. Voting is a kind of democracy scheme. After introducing e-voting, many challenges appeared. Such as security requirements which often attacked to them. We introduce M-voting as a tool for increase performance and comfortably whereas will result in increased social participation. Here we express main e-voting disadvantages vs. m-voting advantages. We will disuse about attacks on security requirements.
