Agent Oriented E-learning System for Visually Impaired Students using JADE Agent Technology
Main Article Content
Abstract
Students with visual impairment face too much problems in continuing their education in the existing education system. A software agent oriented e-learning system can be a better solution for the students who are visually impaired. The proposed e-learning system is a multi-agent system based scheme. Agents within the system work on the basis of centralized as well as distributed multi-agent planning for inter-agent communication, collaboration and negotiation. Java Agent Development Environment (JADE) is used to create these agents because JADE agents are autonomous and the entire system becomes platform independent.
